Quality Manager – Electrical (QA/QC) to lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for large-scale EPC and solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electrical quality management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Electrical QA/QC activities across projects.
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Review ITPs, quality plans, and technical documentation.
Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality audits.
Manage NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Lead and mentor the QA/QC team.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
10+ years of Electrical QA/QC experience in EPC or Solar projects.
Robust knowledge of electrical quality standards and documentation.
Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred.
Languages: Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
