Job Description

Job Title - Siemens Teamcenter consultant

Experience - 8 - 15 Years

Location - Bangalore

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirements :
Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM workstreams for implementation and transformation programs.
Conduct solutioning workshops to define future-state PLM processes and roadmaps.
Drive Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration, including assessment, data mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.
Design scalable solutions across BOM, change management, workflows, and document management.
Lead AWC customization (UI configuration, extensions, user experience improvements).
Provide guidance on integration and migration architecture with CAD, ERP, MES, etc.
Oversee BMIDE configuration, data model alignment, integrations, testing, and deployment readiness.
Manage risks, stakeholders, and delivery to ensure quality and timely execution.
Support UAT,



training, hypercare, and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of PLM consulting experience with robust Teamcenter implementation and solution design expertise.
Hands-on experience in Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration programs.
Solid knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, and data model.
Proven expertise in Active Workspace (AWC customization - declarative & extensions).
Experience in client-facing workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Positive understanding of PLM integrations (ERP, CAD, MES).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
