ground level. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in
a friendly and professional manner - Handle customer inquiries,
complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently - Ensure accurate
and timely check-in and boarding of passengers - Assist with
baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo - Conduct security
checks and adhere to safety protocols - Provide necessary




information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and cancellations - Collaborate with other
departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Maintain a
clean and organized work setting - Handle cash and credit card
