Job Description :-

We are looking for a highly proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to the CEO who will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and executive communications. This is a high-impact role that offers direct exposure to leadership, business strategy, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organisational skills,



excellent communication abilities, robust business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and daily priorities.
Handle the CEO's emails, business correspondence, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with department heads to track key initiatives, deliverables, and business updates.
Prepare presentations, business reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research using AI tools.
Track strategic projects and ensure timely execution across multiple teams.
Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and decision-support documents for leadership meetings.
