Understanding the concepts of Current Hire Configuration between Recruiting tool (RM)and Success Factors
Maintaining the ONB Candidate Info data in Success Factors - Data amendments of candidate info via Import and export functionality in Success Factors.
Ensures compliance with global process and data governance as well as ensures accuracy and integrity through transactional processing of global data.
Ensures compliance with international laws and regulations, including data privacy. Identified breaches in compliance and partners with applicable parties to ensure adherence.
