Key Responsibilities ---------------------
• Supervise and manage the workshop floor, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are
carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure that they are completed
within the specified 8 me frame.
• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, with an
emphasis on quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles, including parts and labour
costs.
• Maintain a safe and clean working setting, adhering to all health and safety
regulations.
• Liaoning with customers regarding their vehicles, providing updates on progress and
ensuring that any issues are resolved in a smelly manner.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the workshop
• is well-stocked and well-organised.
• Identify areas of improvement within the workshop,



and implement changes where
necessary to improve efficiency and productivity
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience in a commercial vehicle dealership from Tata Motors.• Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and their systems.
• Excellent supervisory and 8 me management skills.• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
customers and stall at all levels. Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
