Roles & Responsibilities:
Previous Experience of Performing laser treatments, filler, Chemical Peels, and other aesthetic procedures in the clinic along with the team.
Experience in handling - Lasers- Laser hair reduction, Q-switch laser, peels, Mesotherapy, Fillers, Threadlift, microblading etc.
Assisting the lead Doctors in house for various procedures.
Supervising laser therapist /technicians and performing necessary procedures under the guidance of the in house doctors.
Maximising the customer satisfaction by sticking to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure ) and continuous improvement of the quality of the services while improving the skills set of the staff.
Helping the marketing team of the clinic with the full responsibility.
Responsible for aesthetic business operations in the clinic, qualitatively and quantitatively.
Provide skin consultation to customers & recommend service packages accordingly Perform advances skin care services.
To offer consultation & patient diagnosis at clinic,



perform/supervise all medical procedures to be carried out in clinic in coordination with the team of doctors and counselors.
Ensuring efficacy, safety & high professional standards of medical procedures carried out under your supervision.
Work closely within a team in a restricted physical workplace.
Sound Theoretical and Clinical knowledge.
Positive knowledge of Clinical Practices and Protocols.
Ability to handle different types of Patients.
Patient conversion for Treatment process.
