Key Responsibilities

ESG
Lead the planning and implementation of the company's ESG goals.
Analyze ESG data to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and monitor ESG targets.
Ensure preparation of ESG reports in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Communicate ESG initiatives, achievements, and performance to stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and benchmark ESG performance against best practices.
Conduct environmental, social, and governance due diligence assessments.




Evaluate sustainability aspects of business and investment opportunities.
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement
Analyze existing business processes and identify prospects for improvement.
Design and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
Conduct training programs and workshops on Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects and ensure timely implementation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through data analysis.
Maintain documentation of improvement projects, processes, and results.
Support Energy Management Systems and drive continual improvement in energy efficiency, energy usage, and consumption.
