Lead the Procurement & Contracts team for a Power Plant of 0 MW Capacity.
Experience of Performance based Operation and Maintenance Contracts
Experience of Power Plant Equipment Spares
Vendor Sourcing, Current Vendor Development
Effective Negotiation Skills, Contract Conflict Management Skills
Experience of Clean Sheet Costing
Preparation of draft contract, MOUs, and other agreements for projects
under EPC & Non EPC Categories) & Settlement of claims
Ensure timely delivery of material through forward planning, estimates
of lead-time, market conditions and setting. Carry out all
expediting activities for assigned Purchase Orders.
Responsible for Inventory /Store management of critical items at Plant locations
Responsible for maintaining close Coordination with Operational team
at central and plants level




Managing and maintaining close coordination with Finance for timely
receipts and pay-outs
Preparing MIS reports required by various internal and external
stakeholders for reporting
Responsible for building & managing a high performing team

Key Skills-

Mech/ Electrical Engineering background with desirable Management
qualifications having to years of Industry experience
Robust commercial, negotiation and analytical skill with ability to
draw big picture
Experience of end-to-end SCM
Cross functional experience with relevant SCM Background
Expertise in team management, Team Training and Evaluation , Coaching
& Mentoring, Relationship Building , Cross-functional Team Management
