Role & responsibilities
Coordinating with the Development Team for recent product development and its technical validation before formal launch and also being conversant with product versions & their updates.
Creating new customers for the line of products assigned
Identifying problem/ challenges in the industry and scope of current product development
Ensure sales of allocated products across India as per targets decided at the beginning of the year
Understanding requirements of Customers in existing products or current product requirements and providing feedbacks to the Development Team at HO.
Facilitating closure of any commercials offers provided by Sales and Support Team for that product.
Facilitating the Sales and Support Team in their performance of the product including resolving any issues with Supports Team.
Ensuring that customer complaints are closed within the stipulated TAT as per SLAs
Managing the Support Services and Installations for allocated Products
Visiting the potential Customer periodically to build a rapport with them and generating leads in the region for the product during such rapport building visits
Providing Product Demo and Product Trainings to Marketing Executives, ASM and BDM as per their stipulated training schedules
Providing all necessary support to customers as well as channel partners / dealers as required
Reviewing and Reporting on the Monthly Planning vs. Actual Performance
