• Excellent Communication, Status reporting, Analysis Skills on Campaign Operations
• Hands-on in Visualization like PowerBI (positive to have)
• SPOC for customer & other stakeholders
• Sprint Planning
• Develop presentations for Tools, MBRs, QBRs & represent them accordingly
• Responsible for understanding and adapting to current technologies, tools, methods, and processes from Microsoft and industry
• Contribute to technical design documentation, spec reviews, code reviews, Design, triage, and other project processes.
• Contribute throughout the Software development lifecycle (Planning, Implementation, Testing, Documentation, Deployment, and maintenance).
• Prepare documentation of deployment, user guides, troubleshooting steps.
