Identifyandinitiatenew business areas/ prospects for the division in the given geography
Achieving overall business target in Self Help group/ Joint Liability group assets and liability business through a team of Cluster Heads & Relationship Managers. Budget follow up- Toachieve budgeted business targets of the Cluster region assigned by the management onmonth on monthbasis across all parameters.
Business (both asset and liability) development in the given region which covers one to few states through 6- cluster heads and -RMs.




To start business in recent locations for generating Business from untapped areas.Retention of existing customers from competition by delivering exceptional service.
Environmental related Problem Solving.
Supervision on Regular maintenance and follow up of business for achieving higher profitability through reduced cost of operations, reduced transaction costs, faster processing, increased staff productivity etc.
Team management- Overallmonitoring of the performance of the reporting Cluster Heads, RMs and Field officers; Ensuring staff Productivity of both RM and Field officers.
