We are excited to hire a Service Delivery Coordinator for our growing practice. You will be working with our Australia and India teams to streamline our Recruitment delivery processes and activities. You will join a supportive team to work on a wide variety of IT roles spread across different locations in Australia. We are working remotely, so you can be based anywhere in India.

Things to know before you apply
We deliver Recruitment services for Australia-based clients only
You will be starting early in the morning to align close to the Australian timezone
We have managed 70-110% growth year to year for the last 3 years.

Requirements
Collate various requirements and their details from clients
Liaise with a recruiter to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain required trackers and data related to team submissions and client delivery
Organize Candidate interviews and schedule with clients.
Respond to queries from clients
Maintain Trello cards and role allocation as instructed by the Account Managers
Candidate submissions via various channels including emails, and portal uploads.
