. Code reviews, best practices enforcement
. Solution architecture and integration strategy
. Implement Agentforce (AI agents, automation flows, chatbot orchestration)
. Guide team on Apex, LWC, APIs
. Coordinate with Product Owner & stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Skills
. 10+ yrs experience in Salesforce
. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
. Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
. Experience with Agentforce / Einstein GPT / AI automation
.
CI/CD (Salesforce DevOps tools)
Preferred Skills
. Salesforce Architect Certifications
Experience with large scale enterprise implementations
. Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents platform)
. Ability to design or work with: Conversational AI / chatbots Automated workflows AI driven customer interactions
. Knowledge of Einstein AI, GPT integrations, prompt building
