Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for food testing services.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
Track sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and prepare regular sales reports.
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments and manage outstanding receivables.
Deliver excellent customer service and support business growth initiatives.

Requisites




Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in food testing, laboratory services, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of food testing services and laboratory solutions is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.
Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Customer-focused approach with solid stakeholder management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage the complete sales cycle.
