Statutory compliance under various(old & current) Environmental Acts, Rule, Notification, guidelines ,etc.
Application preparation,submission & obtaining Permissions from MoEF/CPCB/SPCB i.e. for Environmental Clearances (EC), consent to establish/operate (CTE/CTO) for recent & existing sites.
Preparation & submission of various reports to the Authority (MoEF/CPCB/GPCB).
MoEF/CPCB/SPCB(XGN) web site verification for daily/monthly/six monthly data updating.
Creating Environmental legal requirements awareness among our employees through training.
Legal register updating & SOP'S preparation.
Other permission rule 9, BMW, E WASTE , CETP'S, TSDF etc.
Generating foresights on Organizational level immediate and emerging threats on the workplace front with continuous changes in regulatory requirements.
Bringing in agility in closing the In
Field Gaps to make it zero.




Hazardous waste Rule 9 and SOP preparation at AIL and end users to get business continuity.
Support to Sustainability reporting , ESG risk assessment and mitigations, implementation of strategic objectives , reduction in GHG , water, effluent management, cleaner technologies ,materials, waste, energy, noise pollution, biodiversity/ green carpet.
Preparation & submission of various report to Authority MoEF/CPCB/GPCB) CREP Compliance report, Conducting Environmental Audit and submission of Report to SPCB, Environmental statement, Monthly Report, GPCB/CPCB/MoEF questioners, Consent & Authorization conditions compliance, Half yearly Environmental clearance conditions compliance.
Regular visit of AIL all divisions and Auditing for compliances and performance improvements
Hazardous waste management .
Conducting external audits like RC, TFS, ISO 14001 etc.
