As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Mortgage Processing Executives to join our Ahmedabad team and support international mortgage brokers and financial services firms.
Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion for international mortgage brokers
Review client documentation, including income, bank statements, identification, and supporting financial documents
Prepare and organise mortgage files for submission
Track application progress and manage outstanding conditions
Liaise with mortgage advisers and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
Maintain accurate records across mortgage systems and CRMs
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed turnaround times
What We're Looking For
1–5+ years of experience in mortgage processing, mortgage operations, underwriting support, or credit assessment
Experience working with mortgage brokers, banks, lenders, or mortgage service providers
Experience with UK, Australian, New Zealand, or US mortgage processes is highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Robust written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working with mortgage software, CRM platforms, and digital document management systems
