Job Description
Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions.
Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems.
Design company policies and procedures.
Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
Prepare budgets by department.
Track key HR metric like cost per hire and retention rates.
Measure the effectiveness of our perks programs and recommend improvements.
Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum 25 years of Experience in the same profile.
Experience in designing compensation and perk programs.
Good knowledge of labour legislation.
Leadership abilities.
He will assist in TA.
IT background will be preferable.
