Responsibilities:
Develop and manage regular cadence to communicate product road map and releases to both internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Support Salesforce org consolidation: metadata alignment, data migration, and permission harmonisation.
Implement enhancements for CPQ and other Salesforce features.
Collaborate with Admins and Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams
Required Skills:
8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
Exposure to multi-org consolidation and data migration.
Experience with CPQ (custom or Salesforce CPQ)
preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
BS/MS/ in Computer Science/related degree OR equivalent skilled experience.
10+ years of experience.
