We are looking for a Literature Review Specialist to support clinical and real-world evidence projects for IQVIA. You will be responsible for reviewing, pulling data from, and summarizing clinical studies from published medical literature to support healthcare research and client deliverables.
Since all study papers and documentation are strictly in English, you'll need solid written English skills and a solid grasp of how clinical studies are designed and reported.
What You'll Do
Read and evaluate clinical study papers, trial protocols, and medical journals.
Pull key clinical metrics, endpoints, and data out of published papers and organize them into summary tables or client reports.
Run literature searches across medical databases like PubMed, MEDLINE, and Embase.
Write up transparent, factual summaries of scientific evidence for internal teams and pharma clients.
Double-check data extraction for accuracy and consistency against source documents.
What We're Looking For
Background: Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/PharmD), Life Sciences, Biotech, or a related clinical field.
Clinical Knowledge: Transparent understanding of clinical trial phases, study designs, endpoints, and basic biostatistics.
Communication: Strong English skills (written and spoken)-you should be comfortable reading complex scientific text and writing clean summaries.
Detail-Oriented: Able to review dense technical documents thoroughly without missing details.
Good to Have
Prior hands-on experience doing Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) or Targeted Literature Reviews (TLR).
Familiarity with reference software like EndNote, Covidence, or DistillerSR.
Previous experience in a CRO, pharma company, or healthcare consulting setup.
