Transformation Design & Execution

Role
As a Manager , you will lead end-to-end workstreams with US and global teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs for Life Sciences clients.



You’ll contribute your sector expertise and consulting skills to help design PMO/EPMO/Transformation Office capabilities, strengthen program and portfolio delivery, and enable data-driven decision-making.
This role is ideal for professionals with deep Life Sciences sector and value chain expertise and proven consulting experience - those who can combine strategic thinking, delivery leadership, and client engagement to deliver measurable outcomes. In addition to delivery leadership, you’ll support and grow a skilled team experienced in planning, controlling, and executing transformation initiatives. You’ll also engage in strategic conversations with clients , helping to identify opportunities for EY to add value and contribute to business development.
