•able to Drive Discovery, Design, Architect, SIT/UAT phases.
•Ability to Possess positive Domain skills with HCM, preferably from Workday Or any other ERPs like SAP or PeopleSoft.
• ability to perform as an independent contributor As well as Lead a Team.
•Solid knowledge of XML, XSLT
•strong communication skills, technical verbal skills
• ability to possess positive interpersonal & soft skills.
•Expertise working with CCW/EIB/Payroll Interfaces/Studio.
