• The consultant will support the solution & development team in the global deployment of SAP Success factors.
• He/she will be involved during the global deployment program's solution design phases with multiple enterprise integrations and third-party vendors.
• Implementation experience in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance management /Goal Management (PMGM)/SP/COMP implementations. Competency in more than one will be an asset and preferred
• Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors support models and SF troubleshooting skills
• Having experience of working with migration from legacy ERP systems (PeopleSoft) to SuccessFactors a PLUS
• Expertise in using tools like Visio, Powerpoint, SharePoint with a firm grip for flow charts, process flows.




• Produce the SuccessFactors solution documentation under the guidance of design managers
• Preparation of Change Requests when required.
• The candidate will be a member of the Global team to support in defining and documenting the solutions.
• Team working and be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Create, prepare & manage documents in a centralized SharePoint in a structured manner
• Undertake knowledge transfer/handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks + functional/technical documents are appropriate
