Design and manage rewards & recognition programs.
Coordinate events fostering team building and inclusivity.
Analyze feedback to refine engagement initiatives.
Communicate R&R; policies and updates effectively.
Associate Satisfaction Survey
Monthly engagement calendar preparation and execution
Monthly Client report

Preferred:
Track record in successful engagement program design.
Familiarity with rewards systems implementation.
Ability to thrive in a agile workplace.
