Roles and Responsibilities
Electrical Quality Engineering or a related discipline with at least 6 to 7 years of experience. Max 9 yrs
Electromagnetic analysis experience with good working experience in manufacturing processes of motor, such as winding, coil welding process, IP Test qualification criteria & positive understanding of motor functional testing, etc.
Strong understanding of validating motor manufacturing processes with the aim of zero process rejection.
Good Knowledge of motor child parts manufacturing processes, such as Rotor, stator & shaft assembly processes.
Valuable Understanding of battery pack manufacturing processes, such as Cell sorting, Glue application, Cell welding, IP test & solid exposure to relevant poka-yoke at manufacturing process to achieve zero rejection.




Strong exposure to QMS (Quality Management System) & EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) processes.
Knowledge of troubleshooting methods using GD & T (Must), QC story, and multiple 5 why analysis.
Conduct Q activities during the various stages of development (Proto, Off-tool/off-process, pre-RAR, RAR & release the part production process at the supplier for series production with the aim of zero quality issues
Performance System implementation & audit improvements through world-class manufacturing techniques for improvement in process & product performance.
