Customize Education Cloud to meet the unique needs of our educational institution, including student management, enrollment, and curriculum management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Manage integrations between Salesforce Education Cloud and other systems such as learning management systems (LMS) and student information systems (SIS).
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce Education Cloud workplace.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Stay updated on recent features and releases of Salesforce Education Cloud,



and provide recommendations for leveraging them to improve business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Education Cloud and its integrations.
Robust understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant.
