Job Description:
Performance testing Core experience,
Understand Workload modelling (WLM)
Experience in database performance analysis,
Robust in Load Runner Tool, scripting
Should be capable in enhancing the script independently,
Strong in JMETER should be able to create own custom function
Should be valuable in JAVA application performance testing
Should have experience working in AGILE environment

Primary Skill:
Collaboration with various teams across organization and enable them in conducting performance testing .
Performance testing advisory for areas like JMeter scripting , application monitoring, performance testing best practices etc.
Strong in performance Engineering not just performance testing, should be capable of finding root cause analysis.
Solid experience in using APM /monitoring tools usage like Appdynamics / Splunk .
Hands-on experience In GC Analysis, Heap and Thread Dumps
