AIOps Engineer - CREQ Description

AIOps engineer / DevOps – AIOPS

Experience: 6 - 9 years

Roles and responsibilities :
Create, Define, Build, Manage AI Ops platform
Build customer specific solutions and use cases with ability to present solutions/demos.
Valuable understanding of AI Ops, AI/ML technologies, ITOM, ITSM and Monitoring Tools.
Have an in-depth understanding and experience with automating on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, and private clouds) deployment, maintenance, ITSM, and operations. Have robust knowledge and experience in automation levers like Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AIOPS, DevSecOps automations, GitOps automation, Setting-as-a-Service, FinOps, ITSM and others.

MLOps, pipelines, Git, Jira
REST and endpoint management
Monitoring, including Cloud
Agile Methodologies
Machine Learning, particularly LLMs
4 years relevant experience of above
