As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation across restaurants, bars, room service and banquet operations.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our F&B; business through operational excellence, team development and commercial initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.
Developing a motivated, service-oriented team through coaching, training and performance management.
Driving guest engagement and increasing outlet performance through creative promotions, activations and memorable dining experiences.
Improving in-house guest capture, average spend and overall outlet profitability.
Working closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams to deliver seasonal campaigns and resort experiences.
Managing departmental budgets, labour productivity, forecasting and food & beverage costs.
Ensuring compliance with Accor standards,
HACCP and local regulations.
Being a visible and hands-on leader who supports the operation during busy service periods.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the ambition to grow, the resilience to lead, and the ability to make a positive impact.
You should ideally have:
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, ready to step into a broader leadership role.
Experience in resort, leisure or upscale hotel settings.
Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction, team performance or commercial results through practical initiatives.
Solid understanding of food & beverage financials, including cost control, labour management and budgeting.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate both experienced and developing team members.
Excellent communication skills in English.
