Roles and Responsibility
Planning and executing cold outreach in the form ofmessages and calls to attract recent leads.
Reaching out to prospects through calls or messages toassess their needs.
Nurturing the leads, following up with them, andunderstanding their issues inside out.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes withinschedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and otherdepartments.
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and statusreports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs,problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for current products andservices.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications:




1-year experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
Positive knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven trackrecord in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored tothe customers' needs.
A healthy attitude towards constructive criticism.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
