What you'll do
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Resolve order, delivery, and product-related queries
Coordinate with internal teams to close issues quickly
Keep every interaction calm, transparent, and qualified

0 to 3 years of customer support experience. Freshers with solid communication are welcome.
You must be comfortable with both English and HIndi.
