We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Nashik. The VMC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for our Vertical Machining Centers to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires a robust understanding of machining processes, tooling, and CNC programming languages, along with the ability to ensure effective and accurate production.Responsibilities:CNC Programming (VMC Focus): Develop, write, and edit CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers using G-code and M-code, ensuring effective and accurate machining operations.CAD/CAM Software Utilization: Utilize CAD/CAM software (., Mastercam, PowerMill, SolidWorks CAM) to generate detailed machining instructions and optimize toolpaths for complex parts.Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and specifications to determine machining requirements.Tool Selection and Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures based on material, part geometry, and machining operations. Ensure proper tool setup on the VMC machine.Machine Setup and Operation: Set up the VMC machine,



including loading and unloading workpieces, and making necessary adjustments to machine parameters (speeds, feeds, coolant flow).Program Verification and Optimization: Conduct trial runs of CNC programs, verify their accuracy, and make necessary adjustments and optimizations to improve efficiency and part quality.Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet specified dimensions and tolerances.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machining issues, including program errors, tooling problems, and machine malfunctions.Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines to ensure prope
