Roles and Responsibilities

Position Overview:

This position is Very important one. The key responsibility of the Sales Executive is to research and appoint Dealers in the market with Valuable Track record. Further, the incumbent is also required to achieve the sales targets given to him from time to time.

Appointing of Dealers:

Identifying & reaching out to multiple Dealers for appointment. These should include but will not be limited to – Furnishing Showrooms and Wholesalers

Ensure timely payment collections from the Dealers.

Maintain cordial relationship between the Dealer by offering them the best service possibleRolls (Bulk orders) selling to Dealers /Wholesalers.

Ensuring that Brand becomes a known brand name and gains a valuable reputation as a Supplier of choice for Dealers.

Building good relationships with key decision makers at the Showrooms.

Ensuring that the Travel and accommodation cost is within the allowances given





Benchmarking Decor Products offerings with rest of industry and suggest recent products from time to time.

Achieve Monthly Sales, Album selling and Active Dealer Targets

Submit Daily DSR in the prescribed format.

Submit market visit report on the Mobile App in real time.

Selling Skills

Knowledge of Valuable Dealer in the market

Communication Skills

Presentation Skills

Positive personality and grooming skills

Moreover, he should also have:

Ability to make and submit accurate DSR.

Ability to handle high pressure situations and workloads.

A proactive nature

Knowledge of how to evaluate Dealers with the help of communication and market research.

Basic Mobile usage skills
