Possess prior experience in managing industrial or large-scale commercial facilities and have an established network of reliable vendors and service providers to support maintenance and operational requirements.
Be willing to travel across project sites regularly to monitor operations and ensure consistent service standards.
Oversee the day-to-day facility management and maintenance operations of all industrial parks under the company's portfolio across the state.
Coordinate closely with the deployed facility management agency to ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities and timely resolution of site-related issues.
Supervise the deployment of facility management personnel in accordance with the agreed service levels, including monitoring attendance, manpower availability, and performance of the deployed workforce.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all common infrastructure, utilities, and equipment, while ensuring prompt rectification of breakdowns to minimise operational disruptions.




Ensure the effective upkeep and compliance of all fire protection and life safety systems through regular inspections, testing, maintenance, and emergency preparedness activities.
Monitor facility management operating expenses, maintain optimum inventory of critical spares, and identify prospects for cost optimisation without compromising service quality.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, asset registers, and statutory documentation.
Prepare and present periodic MIS and performance reports to the management.
