Job Description
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and statutory obligations across the organization.
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage external audits effectively.




Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ensure their implementation.
Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
Address and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:
A degree in Law/CS
Robust knowledge of compliance regulations in the Retail industry.
Proven ability to implement compliance frameworks effectively.
Experience handling regulatory audits and liaising with authorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
