Roles and Responsibilities

As the Technical Lead you manage the BI team and prioritize projects; you will oversee the technical execution of BI projects encompassing research, design and implementation of data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reports/dashboards and data-driven applications. You will design and implement processes to mitigate data quality issues. As a leader you find it rewarding to mentor and bring out the best in a talented team of ETL, QA, Reporting, data Analysts and Data Visualization engineers. And as a good collaborator you will work closely with the other development teams within organization to plan, coordinate, and deliver according to a high-level data roadmap.

Desired Candidate Profile
Develop dashboards, customized reports and scorecards based on business requirements
Collaborate with the rest of the Data Services team in various zones and geographies across the globe to gather requirements from business and translate them into technical solutions.
Build compelling story,



new product features and actionable insights using Data
Manage ad hoc analytics requests for OLTP and OLAP systems in an accurate and effective manner.
Responsible for reviewing and optimization of SQL queries and investigating database performance issues.
Support Predictive Modeling, Forecasting and mentor young team consisting of data engineers, data visualization experts and data analytics specialists.
Strong experience with cloud services within Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms (preferably Azure)
Strong experience with analytical tools (preferably SQL, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau)
Experience with design and software programming development (preferably Python, Javascript and/or R)
Experience building APIs (experience with GraphQL is a plus)
Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes
Experience in Agile methodologies (certifications preferred)
