I. JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking Field Associates who are dependable and self-driven to ensure the successful completion of our survey data collection process. You will be responsible for conducting interviews and collecting information from households and individuals within a specific area. Our ideal candidate is a positive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, has positive attention to detail, and can work independently.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares surveys for clients on various topics including customer satisfaction, market research, opinions, politics, and/or health care.

• Meets with clients to determine requirements and objectives of the survey.

• Coordinates with other researchers to identify the most effective survey method; methods may include interviews,



questionnaires, focus groups, market research surveys, and opinion polls.

• Plans, writes, and proofreads survey questions; tests the survey to determine the time required for completion.

• Facilitates execution and fielding of the survey, whether by phone, mail, online, or other delivery.

• Collects data and survey results.

• Analyzes data and prepares reports; delivers or distributes reports to present survey findings to clients.
