Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Direct Clients

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong experience working on direct clients (W2 roles). The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT roles working directly with clients (W2/Full-time positions)
Understand job requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers for quick closures
Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and networking
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and cultural alignment
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Negotiate offers, rates, and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain pipeline, tracker, and regular reporting on hiring status
Build robust talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills





Required Skills:
Proven experience working with direct clients / MSP-free environment
Robust understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Expertise in sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:
Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal)
Knowledge of AI-driven sourcing tools and automation in recruitment
Experience hiring for niche technologies (Cloud, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity)
