Job Description:
Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to maximize performance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve business performance.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store employees.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for business initiatives and promotions.
Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
