Planning Engineer (Real Estate)

Location: Surat (Local candidates preferred)

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Gender Preference: Male

Priority: High – Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Planning Engineer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, along with hands-on experience in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review planning and execution drawings as per project requirements
Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately
Coordinate effectively with site engineers, architects, and consultants
Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of all drawings
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities




Maintain systematic records of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings
Working knowledge of MEP drawings
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria:
2–4 years of relevant experience in planning (Real Estate preferred)
Stable career background with consistent employment history
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be highly preferred
