Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and tasks:
Risk Assessment: Risk analysis of SME and Emerging segment with key focus on risk assessment.
Ability to assess deals across diverse industries, products, segments etc.
Risk views for large ticket transactions by in depth analysis of business profile, financials,
industry, promoters/management and articulation of Strengths, Weakness and stipulation of
covenants as deemed fit. Excellent articulation both verbal and written.
Portfolio review: Analysis of portfolio, basis, product, region, industry, rating, triggers,
delinquencies etc.
High Value exposure tracking, periodic assessment of risk in sensitive sector and portfolio
analysis and presentation
Industry research:



Conduct industry research comprising of industry dynamics, demand and
supply scenarios, market prospects, peer comparison, regulatory setting for the
Industry being assessed
Management Presentations: Key Risk Indicators and other management presentations
Dashboards and Automation: Conceptualizing key areas in risk management and portfolio
quality related parameters and Work on Dashboard and automation for management.
Key Risk Metrics: Analytical inputs and computation of key risk metrics PD, LGD and RAROC.
