We are currently expanding our operations team and seeking experienced, high-performing Dispatchers , Track and Trace who understand the U.S./Canada trucking market and can manage freight with ownership and professionalism.

Book loads via DAT, broker portals, and direct broker communication
Proactively cold call and build long-term broker relationships
Communicate with brokers and customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
Handle rate confirmations, lumper requests, detention, and accessorials
Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally




Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
Analyzes lane performance, market trends, and broker behavior
Identifies profitable opportunities and avoids low-margin freight
Adapts quickly to changing market conditions
Treats every load as a business decision, not just a task
Minimum 1–2 years of proven U.S./Canada dispatch experience
Fluency in English (Punjabi is a plus)
Must be available full time only (no second jobs or side work)
