Job description
Quality Control:
Develop and implement quality control systems for
solar panel manufacturing processes.
Conduct inspections and testing of incoming raw
materials, in-process products, and finished solar panels.
Identify defects or issues in production and ensure
corrective measures are taken.
Testing and Validation:
Perform electrical, mechanical, and environmental
testing to assess solar panel performance and durability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC,
UL, ISO) for solar panels.
Analyze testing data and prepare detailed reports.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to
identify prospects for process improvements that enhance product
quality.
Implement statistical process control (SPC) and other
quality improvement methodologies.
Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and develop
solutions.
