Job Description
Lead and manage the Pre payments and Accruals accounting team responsible for accurate US GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards.
Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
Optimize systems like Oracle, CoStar, and BlackLine while driving continuous improvement and automation.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and auditors to support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
Foster team development through coaching, performance management, and strategic leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager should have:
Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience in financial analysis and reporting within the Engineering Industry.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
