Job Title: QA Tester – Fresher (Manual Testing & SQL) Location: Aundh, Pune (In office)Experience: Fresher – 2025 Pass-out Education: B. E / B. Tech in Computer Science or IT Work Mode: 5 Days a WeekJob Description: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester (Fresher) to join our quality assurance team. The candidate should have a basic understanding of manual testing concepts and be able to write and execute SQL queries for testing purposes.Responsibilities:
Execute manual test cases to ensure software quality.
Identify, report, and track bugs or issues.
Validate data using basic SQL queries.
Work closely with developers to understand features and resolve issues.
Ensure timely delivery of test results and documentation.
Required Skills:




Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
Ability to write and run SQL queries .
Understanding of SDLC and STLC .
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Interview Process:

Face-to-Face Technical Interview – Aundh Office
Final Face-to-Face Technical Round – Aundh Office
Compensation:
₹3 LPA for the first 6 months (based on performance)
₹5 LPA after confirmation
