In the role of Supply Manager, you will be responsible for End to End sourcing, onboarding and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensure strict adherence. You will take up Vendor Negotiations and contribute to owning Product Margins.
Key Responsibilities :
Tracking of vendor's project POs, invoices, GST filing and payments.
Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards and churning along with day to day vendor escalation management.
Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance teams) to track/resolve above parameters/issues.
Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives
Job Requirement
Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 2/ Tier 3 institute.
1 to 2 years of experience in vendor management or operations
Problem solving capabilities
Valuable communication skills – Verbal & Written
Moderate skill of excel, ppt, word
Positive aptitude
Extremely high level of ownership
Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
