Requirements
Experience Base: Verifiable career success operating as a TA Lead or Manager inside high-velocity startup or B2B tech ecosystems, with a heavy track record of scaling teams and closing leadership positions.
Competencies: Exceptional process engineering capability for tech and non-tech recruitment; high proficiency in up-to-date candidate assessment models, tracking data setups, and executive headhunting.
