Senior Manager – Key Account Management (Food Category) Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Key Account Management to lead a team of Key Account Managers and ensure exceptional client service across food operations. The role requires robust expertise in the stakeholder management, Client relationship and operational coordination. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, gathering regular feedback, driving service improvements, coordinating with category teams

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers.
● Monitor team performance and ensure timely closure of client requirements and escalations.
● Drive a customer-centric and high-performance culture.
● Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
● Collaborate closely with Category Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Client Relationship Management
● Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
● Conduct regular client meetings and obtain feedback to measure satisfaction and identify
improvement areas.
● Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain solid client relationships.




● Drive client retention and account growth.
● Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently maintained.
● Leverage industry knowledge to provide solutions aligned with client expectations.
● Maintain accurate documentation and account records.
● Prepare monthly business reviews and account performance reports.
● Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
MBA is mandatory; candidates with any specialization are eligible.
Experience
● 4–8 years of experience in Client relationship management
● Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts and leading teams.

Key Skills
● Proven problem-solving and escalation handling capabilities.
● Experience in training, mentoring, and developing teams.
● Flexibility to travel as required to manage client relationships and business needs.
● Ability to drive overall account health and customer satisfaction.
