Job Description:

The Job Holder will be responsible for planning, design, configure and maintenance of SAP

systems, providing system maintenance & enhancements in SAP projects and other integration

projects to ensure that the initiatives and internal customers are provided full lifecycle support,

from implementation through on-going support. This person will work on security, audit,

authorizations and similar topics.

An exceptional knowledge of standard SAP Basis, R/3, S/4HANA, on-premises and cloud, SAP

BTP functionality is therefore required to be able to properly exploit the Platform to deliver

maximum business value.

Key Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
Administrate and Configure SAP R/3, S/4HANA, on-premises and in cloud in maintenance activities and projects
Ensure delivery of maximum business value through the exploitation of SAP Standard functionality and configuration objects to achieve the desired end result

Act as the technical expert,



ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issuesand providing timely solutions
Adhere to security and control, and change control processes
Design, develop and maintain the SAP Systems to meet support and/or project requirements.
Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code via controlled design documents.
Work with IT support teams (DBA, server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented
Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA
Participate in production support/ duty rotation including weekend and off-hour supportcoverage
Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP systems
