Key Responsibilities
Open and close the store as per operational standards.
Manage daily retail sales activities and customer interactions.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle billing and basic computer-based store operations.
Monitor stock movement and report replenishment needs.
Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning.
Support achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Skills
Retail Sales – Ability to convert walk-in customers into buyers.
Store Operations – Knowledge of daily retail store management.
Computer Knowledge – Basic system operation and billing activities.
Reading Skills – Ability to understand product and operational information.
Customer Service – Skilled customer handling and communication.
Candidates should possess 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and store operations. Experience handling store opening and closing procedures and customer-facing retail environments is mandatory.
